ちなみに、Happy は『誰も何も成し遂げていない、季節的なイベントをお祝いするおめでとう』。
（Happy New Year, Happy Halloween, Happy Easter, Happy Birthday など。クリスマスだけ Merry Christmas）

Congratulations! は、気持ちがいっぱい溢れているので、いつも複数形。
複数形の s がないと、なんだか『おめでとう』をケチってる感じに（><)

3. Congratulations on + 名詞 / 動名詞
Congratulations の前置詞は、基本的には on。

6. Congratulations for + 動名詞
後に名詞が続く時には on を使うことがほとんどですが、
動名詞が続く時には、前置詞を for にすることもあります。間違えではありません。

女の子のベビーのご出産おめでとうございます。
7. Congratulations to + 人 + (on ~)
『誰かに』と言う時は、to + 人 にします。

8. Congratulations + 名前
『誰かに』と言う時で、名前がくる時は、to を省略できます。

この場合、名前を最後に持ってきてもオッケー。
